1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Mail Orders are received in the afternoon and sent out the next day. Same day service is available (SEE QUESTION #3)

2. CAN I SEND A COPY OF MY CERTIFICATE?
NO. We MUST have your original. The only way the State will accept your commission is by having the vendor fill out the original.

3. CAN I FAX MY CERTIFICATE AND ORDER?
Only if you plan to pick up your order at our store. Fill out the order form and indicate that you will pick it up here, fax the order form and Certificate of Authorization. Your order will be ready the same day if you order before noon. You or someone you know MUST bring original certificate for us to sign.

4. WHY ARE THERE SO MANY PRODUCT CHOICES?
Different Notaries need different products. We strive to offer our customers all the products they may need. If there are any questions about our products, please feel free to call us.

5. WHAT PRODUCTS DO I NEED?
You are required to have a stamp that will imprint with black ink, our most popular model is the Ideal self-inker. You are also required to record all of your transactions in accordance with Notary law, in journal form.

6. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HARD AND SOFT COVER JOURNALS?
The soft cover journal has room for 399 one line entries with staple binding. The Executive hard cover version has room for 488 three line entries, ledger format, sewn construction for the ultimate in page removal detection, thumb print area and illustrated step-by-step instructions.

7. CAN I UPDATE MY EXISTING STAMP THAT HAS EXPIRED?
Only self-inking stamps such as an Ideal can have the die replaced. Similar models can be refurbished, these types generally have a pad that can be removed and replaced. Send the case with your order, we will update the impression and install a pad. We can also update Ideal and some other brands of embossers. Send in your embosser or the clip with your order.

8. CAN THE STAMPS BE RE-INKED?
Yes. Ideal, iStamp, stamp pads, and X-Stamper stamps can ALL be re-inked with their own specific brand ink.  Using the wrong ink can ruin your stamp. Ask us which ink to use before re-inking.

9. HOW WILL IT BE SHIPPED?
One or two items generally ship USPS. Three or more items are sent by Parcel Service to a commercial address, or Priority residential. We pay all shipping costs.
